NEWBERRY — Newberry County Memorial Hospital is the first of many hospitals to use SimCOACH, a vehicle equipped with lifelike mannequins that simulate the birth of a child and train physicians and nurses on neonatal care.
The vehicle has been used in Kershaw, but on Monday, NCMH was the first to gain hands-on experience with the technology.
